1. Product characteristics
This product with good crystallinity, narrow particle size distribution and good fluidity, weak alkalinity can be used as a kind of PVC heat stabilizer mixing formula, and added for both soft PVC and rigid PVC to neutralize HCl released by thermal decomposition of PVC and eliminate HCl. PVC degradation. through partially replacing lead-containing stabilizers, it improve PVC's long-term thermal stability and resistance to discoloration, and is more environmentally friendly.
The zeolite has a certain flame retardant effect on PVC, the zeolite loses water due to heat and can take away some of the heat, it can also dilute the combustible gas to play a flame retardant role, the surface of the carbon layer of the combustion residue is covered with zeolite to provide adiabatic shielding.
2. Product applications
This product can be used as an additive to synergize with ZnSt2 to form a composite heat stabilizer, which is a non-toxic, high-efficiency and environmentally friendly alternative to lead-based stabilizers in PVC.
