1. Product characteristics
The raw materials of the products are selected from the company's self-produced high-quality aluminum hydroxide. using the high-speed flash roasting technology prepare the tebular precursor alumina, which is characterized by the control of the α phase and BET of the precursor. All of the operation and quality monitoring are controlled by remote central control. the products have high purity, high whiteness, high refractoriness, high strength, low porosity, low water absorption, strong corrosion resistance, strong slag resistance, strong erosion resistance and high heat resistance. The seismic stability, high closed porosity and toughness are greatly improved, and the service life of the refractory material is greatly improved.
2. Product applications
This products can be used as a main component in aluminum carbon, aluminum-magnesium carbon, magnesium-aluminum spinel, aluminum-chromium refractory bricks, or as an enriched alumina component introduced into high-aluminum amorphous refractories. The finished products are widely used in steel, foundry, ceramics and other industries, and the application in the steel industry covers almost the entire process of iron and steel making.
