Spherical Activated Alumina

1. Product characteristics

A-AS-04 product is white spherical porous particles with uniform particle size, smooth surface, high mechanical strength, strong hygroscopicity, no swelling and no cracking after water absorption. The product are insoluble in water and ethanol and has a drying depth of up to -70 °C. The common specifications of the product are 1-3mm, 2-4mm, 3-5mm, 4-6mm, 5-7mm, and the wear is not more than 0.3%.

A-AS-LD product is a low-density activated alumina catalyst carrier with unique framework structure, strong affinity with active components, uniform pore distribution, large pore volume, high water absorption, good mechanical properties and stability, especially suitable for Co-Mo activated alumina sulfur-tolerant shift catalyst.

2. Product applications

The products are mainly used for desiccant of trace water, gas drying in electronic industry, wind pressure adsorption drying of self-control instrument, gas and liquid phase drying in chemical fertilizer, steel and petrochemical industries, and drying of pressure swing adsorption gas in air separation industry.

A-AS-LD products are catalyst-specific products, which are widely used in petrochemical catalyst carriers such as petrochemical hydrogenation, dehydrogenation, reforming, and sulfur-tolerant conversion.
